The entries of Davao Doctors College (DDC) to the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities–Commission on Accreditation’s (PACUCOA) nationwide Case Study and Poster Competitions for 2009 in line with the Best Practices in Accreditation won 1st and 3rd places, respectively. The announcement was done during the 20th PACUCOA Annual General Assembly last December 11, 2009 at the Diamond Hotel in Manila.

Trophies were received by the DDC representatives to the assembly, Dr. Maria Leah F. Villano, Director for Academic Affairs and Ms. Angelica L. Torres, Director for Human Resource.

The competition attracted several entries from PACUCOA–accredited schools all over the country. The case studies and posters focused on the best practices of accreditation and its impact on the accredited institution.

The winning entries were prepared by the team composed of Dr. Maria Leah F. Villano, Dr. Lily B. Babayen-on, Mr. Richard Pabunag, RRT, Mr. Jose Generoso T. Angkang, Ms. Jobe Marie Ragunton, Ms. Angeli Paganio, Mr. Erik James Juan and Ms. Liza Claire G. Tan.
