Davao Doctors College (DDC) is a premier non-sectarian higher educational institution founded in 1975 by a group of medical doctors. Located in the heart of the City of Davao, Southern Philippines, DDC is home to local and international students who seek quality education and training in health and wellness degree programs.
A. Pre-requisite for Enrollment
A prospective foreign student-applicant for the tertiary or college level should be a graduate of high school/secondary school or its equivalent.

Present a copy of Secondary School Records or its equivalent at the Admissions Office for evaluation.

The Admissions Office will inform the applicant whether he/she is qualified or not to take the Entrance Examination Test.

If qualified to take the test, fill out the Entrance Examination Form and attach the required documents:

1 pc 2x2 recent taken colored picture

Pay Entrance Exam fee of Php 150.00 at the Accounting office.

Submit completed Entrance Examination Form with Official Receipt (OR) to the Guidance Center and take the exam on the scheduled date.

Get the results of the Entrance Exam from the Guidance Center.

If qualified, applicant will be interviewed by the Program Chair/College Dean with respect to the desired course applied.

After the interview with Program Chair/College Dean, the Admissions Office will prepare the Notice of Acceptance required for processing the student visa.
B. Qualified applicants must submit the following:

High School Report Card or its equivalent (for high school graduate)

Transcript of Records or its equivalent (for college level/undergrad)

Certificate of Good Moral Character or Recommendation from the Principal or Guidance Counselor (if applicable)

Birth Certificate (must be translated in English for non English language)

3 pcs recently taken 2x2 colored pictures

Photocopy of Passport pages where name photo, birth date and entry stamp marked from the Bureau of Immigration appear.

Visa Extension (if applicable)

Alien Certificate of Registration or ACR I-Card (if applicable)
