For the first time, all candidates for the Master in Nursing got “Very good” ratings in the Oral Revalida Examination last July 2, 2010 at the Liceo de Cagayan University, School of Graduate Studies.
The Davao Doctors College has been a favorite haven for U.S. Veterans Scholars seeking to enroll in Philippine schools. Its Nursing, Radiologic Technology, and Optometry Programs have been recognized by the U.S. Veterans Office for several years now. As a matter of fact, DDC has graduated a number of U.S. Veterans Scholars in these programs.

True enough as evidenced by the following achievements: a Grant-in-Aid Scholar of Mr. Menardo “Butch” Jimenez, Jr., Most Outstanding RT Intern, Best Intern in Revalida Exam, Best Intern in Monthly Exams, RTSO President and a consistent Dean's Lister.

With the call for an increased awareness in utilizing eco-friendly solutions all over the world, Davao Doctros College aligned itself by conceptualizing and ultimately constructing a multifunctional 'Green" structure.
As the brainchild of Dr. Rizalina Mitra-Pangan, President & CEO of the college, the Arts & Sciences Building was a "dream-come-true" for the DDC community. Designed by Architect Pablito P. Labao and Engr. Virgilio R. Co of Vigor Construction, it is built with earth-friendly recycling rain water system, water-less toilets, inverter technology air-conditioning system, compact lighting, window sun-baffles and air purifying paints.
Two hundred forty parents attended the Parents’ Orientation held Saturday, June 5 at the DDC Gym. The Supreme Student Organization (SSO) in coordination with the Admisions Office spearheaded the whole day activity.
The annual orientation program has been organized to set the tone for the next four or more years in terms of defining the parent-school relationship. The attending parent gained knowledge of the school’s academic and social aspects by meeting informally with administrators and program heads during the Dean's Time. Moreover, parents developed a network of friends by interacting with other parents in the same academic program their children are enrolled in.
