Tula at Haranahan was the theme of the Valentine’s/Chinese New Year activity at Davao Doctors College. The celebration was kicked off by DDC’s own talents, hosted by Nicole and Jed, the event started with an on-the-spot Haiku Writing Contest. Meccar Elino a BSBio student of Davao Doctors College won the first prize, Benjo Bote from UP-Min. won the second prize, and John Ver Lamoste won the third prize.
Derek Dale Bayquen, a freshman Physical Therapy student was declared Regional Champion in the Extemporaneous Speaking Contest in connection with the 4th Mindanao-wide Academic Olympics on February 12-13 at YMCA Davao Gym.
This is a very nice gesture! Students recognizing the hard work of and expressing gratitude to the faculty and staff of Davao Doctors College who have dedicated a considerable part of their life to impart moral and academic knowledge to their students! The tribute day was held in the afternoon of February 11 at the DDC Gym.
Administrators, department heads, representatives of the faculty, staff , parents, students, school union and alumni convened on February 11 at the DDC AVR for the Tuition Fee Increase (TFI) consultation for School Year 2010-2011. The consultation initiated by the Administratin was pursuant to CHED Memorandum Order No. 14, s. 2005 entitled Guidelines and Procedures to be Observed by Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) Intending to Increase Tuition ans other School Fees and Introduce New Fees.
Twenty-seven (27) Clinical Instructors in the College of Nursing are granted the Master in Nursing degree by Liceo de Cagayan University, Cagayan de Oro City after they hurdled the comprehensive examinations and the Oral Revalida in January 2010.
