“Go an extra mile” was the key message to all security guards and janitorial staff during the Seminar on Frontline Services on January 3, 2012 at the DDC AVR.
 
Twenty-two security guards and janitorial staff attended the seminar facilitated by the team composed of Dr. Maria Leah F. Villano, Director for Academic Affairs, Dr. Lily B. Babayen-on, Academic Support Services Coordinating Officer, and Mr. Virgilio E. Abanilla, Head of the General Services Office.
 
The half-day seminar focused on How to Deal with DDC Clients and Telephone Manners. A prelude to the seminar proper was an orientation on the Dimensions of Frontline Services with emphasis on the role and responsibilities of front liners as members of the DDC organization.
