The program is envisioned to help transform nurses to take on responsible, ethical and confident leadership and management roles in achieving organizational goals amidst changes and challenges in the global arena.
Students can choose from two major tracks: Clinical Management and Academic Management. The Clinical Management track is for nurses who plan to progress their careers as Nursing Service Administrators in various health-care facilities.
